You can obtain your payoff balance on any given day, by calling 888-773-3391 and asking. Keep in mind that the balance they give you is the balance on that day. It is likely that interest is still accruing on your loan. If that is the case, the balance is subject to change after that day.
Can I pay early and save money?
Absolutely! There is no penalty for paying early, and you will save on any interest that has yet to be earned.
Can I refinance my loan?
Although there are some restrictions on when you can refinance, and some types of loans that cannot be refinanced, odds are that your loan can be refinanced. Call any of our locations and they will be able to give you a clear answer on your specific situation.
Why was I denied a loan?
We are sorry that we were unable to help you. If you were denied a loan, you will receive a letter explaining our process.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Our preferred types of payment are ACH (direct debit), cash, money order, cashier’s check, or debit card. If you need to make a payment via another means, stop in or call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
When will I get my money?
If you are taking your loan in one of our stores, you will receive a check the same day.
When are my payments due?
At the time of the loan, you will be given a schedule of payment due dates. If you can’t find it, call or stop in and we’ll be happy to get you another copy.
